"We were fortunate to have Susan Brewer and her team at Arborgate Interiors help us with the decorating of our new home. Susan is not only a wonderful interior designer, she is creative, loyal and trustworthy. We gave her the key to our home when we left town so that she could go through our home and select the items we should move to our new home as we were downsizing. She tagged all 'keep' furnishings and accessories which made it so easy for us to know what would be going once we got back into town. After moving, Susan was able to work within our budget and utilize the furnishings that we kept. She selected paint colors and fabrics with our color scheme for both re-upholstering a few things and beautiful window treatments and bedding. She also selected rugs, dining room and kitchen furnishings that are tasteful and practical for our needs. I own a realty firm and we relocated the business recently and thankfully had hired Susan and her Arborgate design team. We moved into a two-story building (a much larger space that we purchased) so we needed just about everything - from shutters, conference room furnishings, lobby/main desk area, waiting area furnishings with custom upholstery pieces, area rugs, hallway art, bistro style tables (20 of them) and chairs for a large upstairs area for meetings or lunches, many individual realtor offices within and all the way to wanting all of the bathrooms decorated. To me, it was an overwhelming project, but with Susan and her team along with me to design the entire concept of each area and then go to work to make it happen handling every detail - it was actually quite stress free and I must say even exciting.
